We are in-network providers for most major medical PPO plans so that we can take care of your medical needs such as dry eyes, floaters, eye pain, pink eye, detection of glaucoma, cataracts, and more. 
For glasses, contacts and routine eye exams, we currently take VSP (Vision Service Plan).  We provide forms for reimbursement from other vision plans.
